We’ve been very fortunate with the rapid growth of our company, but with rapid growth comes difficult decisions. There are many partners involved in bringing you your bi-monthly beauty fix. In the months of May and June, we had a situation that required us to make changes to our partnerships. To keep our promise to you and ensure complete satisfaction with the community, it was necessary to hit pause on one of our beauty boxes. We made a very hard decision to skip the June beauty box in order to restructure our systems to keep up with the pace of our growth.
It’s important to us as a growing company that we have everything set in place to ensure we provide fast customer service, efficient response times, quality products and service you can trust. That has, and always will be, our commitment to you.
